Tune, lay out N-per-sheet, print or export to PDF.

Photo Printer is a small darkroom for getting photos onto paper. Import a batch, adjust exposure, contrast, and highlights, and let it arrange the shots N-per-sheet on whatever paper size you are using. Print directly to your printer, or export a print-ready PDF to take to a shop. It works with the internet switched off.

What it replaces

Replaces Lightroom’s print module and online print shops — a subscription plus per-print fees. Photo Printer is about layout and output, not a full catalogue or RAW developer.

What it does

  • Exposure, contrast, and highlight adjustments
  • Auto-layout N photos per sheet, any paper size
  • Border, spacing, and orientation control
  • Print directly or export a print-ready PDF
  • Batch a whole folder at once
  • Fully offline

Installing on Windows

The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box the first time you run it. Click More info, then Run anyway. Buying code-signing certificates is one of the things donations pay for.

The installer’s first screen offers Full install (a Start-menu entry and an Apps & features listing) or Unzip (just extracts the program folder to a location you pick — no registry changes).

Every release on GitHub lists a SHA-256 hash for each file so you can verify your download. Photo Printer checks for a newer version when it starts and offers to fetch it — you always get a prompt, never a silent update.

Photo Printer is free.

Donations are what pay for keeping it maintained and signed.
